2. Website delivery and hosting
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you open a page, technical connection data is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure and reliable. This includes your IP address during transmission, the date and time, requested page or file, response status, browser and operating-system information, and the referring page if your browser sends it.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are reliable website delivery, diagnosis of faults, and protection against abuse. IONOS processes hosting data as our hosting service provider. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver the requested page; without it, the website cannot be provided.
3. Log data and retention
According to IONOS's webhosting documentation, visitor IP addresses in the provided logs are anonymised and webhosting visitor data is retained for eight weeks. IONOS also describes provider-side WebAnalytics processing of anonymised visitor data as part of its webhosting product. We do not implement additional visitor profiling or application access logs. Technical error information may be processed when necessary to diagnose faults; we do not intentionally record contact messages or other submitted personal content in error logs.
See IONOS information about webhosting data processing.
4. Cookies, tracking, and third-party content
This website does not set application cookies, use browser local storage, load analytics or advertising scripts, or embed third-party media. Fonts, images, scripts, and styles are served from this website. The fleet selector and mobile menu operate in your browser without sending selections to us. There are no user accounts, newsletter subscriptions, payments, or contact forms on this website.
5. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to include in order to answer your enquiry. Depending on its purpose, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to other correspondence. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention requirements or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims require further retention.
6. Recipients and transfers
Hosting and email service providers may process data needed to provide their services. Data may also be disclosed where a legal obligation requires it. This website does not integrate external analytics, advertising networks, or social-media widgets that would initiate additional transfers to their providers. Following an external link is subject to the destination website's privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights.
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Future features
This policy concerns the current promotional website, not future game services. If accounts, community services, newsletters, or other functions are introduced, the information and any necessary consent mechanisms will be updated before those functions are enabled.
